Chest and Back Sculpt

I would like to know what kind of exercise sculpts the back and builds the chest.

i prefer to use dumbells or body bar. i'm not good in translating words into pictures, so if there's a picture, it would be great help.

thanks

Its just building the right amount of muscle and loosing the right amount of fat. So even tho you are a woman, you should still use the same exercises as men for building muscle.

Chest press, chin ups, upright row, seated row, shoulder press.

you can find moving examples on www.exrx.net

Pics are on my site (http://strength-training-woman.com/s...exercises.html)

You can find all the major muscle groups and then all the exercises that work that muscle group... with pics and explanations. I'll give you a free strength training log too.

Hi,
make sure you're working all of the msucle groups. It's important to build the muscle strength and endurance evenly all over your body.

www.exrx.net has really good examples of exercises. Also might be a good idea to have an experienced person watch you to make sure you're performing them correctly.
