Chest Problems

Hi again everyone, im new to the world of working out ive really been enjoying it tho and have been using a FBW that was posted in one of the threads i belive its called "the total body workout" not real sure but basically it consists of 6 workouts 4 of which are compunds and 2 single joint workouts, and it seems to be working well, im good and sore and tired after each workout EXCEPT one problem i can never feel stiffness/a sore feeling in my chest and when i do workouts that should be involving my chest i.e. Bench/Incline/Flys i dont even feel like my pecs are engaging and contracting, its always my shoulders or triceps that wear out instead and end up reaping the soreness. I have correct form, (worked with a few friends on form who work out religiously) and they dont know why im not feeling sore im doing about 75% of my max when i work out and i take a few supplements NOxplode and Protein, but i was wondering if anyone else has had this problem or could suggest a method to feeling the contractions and gains in my chest, maybe i just dont properly know how to engage my pecs and help would be appreciated thanks.

soreness does not indicate a good workout. So don't worry about not being sore.

As for form, alot of people train their entire lives and never use good form.

check that out, I've gathered alot of articles about form in one post.
