I was browsing the net for videos of specific weight training exercises and came across this site: AskTheTrainer.com/exercise-information.html] which I found on stumbleupon.
I the site a lot, but the site is not 100% done. I have been trying to find something like this for a while.
Does anybody know if fitness.com has anything like this with more exercises? |
