So should I not do any weights exercises of legs, or should I modify them? Currently I do squats and lunges.

I train for endurance (triathlons) and work out with weights as well. I am not aware of any conflict.
As for doing leg weight work for cyclists, if you do a search, half of all cycling coaches will say that weights serve a cyclist well, especially during the off season, and the other half of the coaches say any time spent in a gym is wasted because it is not spent on the bike.
Who to believe? Personally, I believe that if you are currently doing a lot of cyling, then you currently don't need to do any leg weight work, i.e., squats or lunges.
