Any benefit in using it on days off?

This should be in supplements, but I'll answer it anyways.

When I used it, I used it on days off. Mainly to stay on routine, so that I didn't forget to take it the next day or something. If you do have it on an off day, have it in the morning.

I have heard you ARE supposed to use it on off days.

some studies say that, since on your off days, you're not really using up the creatine in the muscles, you don't have to take any, or only a half dose.

but since 5g of creatine is something a normal/healthy body can dispose of if it doesn't need it, there's no harm in taking it then.

I do however subscribe to the '3g for those under 200lbs, 5g for those over 200lbs' dose per day for creatine.

yes, you have to keep your body loaded with it. Take just 5 grams to be stored for the next workout. It should be taken every day
