cutting/bulking question

I rescently read a thread where someone mentioned that you shouldent do a bulking cycle until you get down to under something like 10% BF? I find thi s hard to believe. I started working out when i was at lie 35% BF, two years ago. I have done many cutting/bulking cycles in the last 2 years. I am down just under 20% BF, i still am losing fat, but am building muscle too. Am i wrong in thinking that i am doing this is the right way?

Should i cut more? I cant imaging waiting to bulk only when i get under 10% BF

Perhaps you can take a look at The Anabolic Diet - Dr. Mauro Di Pasquale’s solution to build muscle & lose fat. There is also carb-cyling. Those are alternatives to the "traditional" cut and bulk cycle.
