sorry for the lack of me being here to edit stuff inn, computer problems, i think its a problem with the power supply.. keeps shutting itself down

I'll do singles one of these days. Max I've pulled is 245 for a double, at a bodyweight of around 155. Coefficient of 1.58 lbs/bw

I pulled 345 today.
I weigh 185.

Its been a little while since I tested my max, by rep range calculator it looks to be around 180 now. I am curious to find out, might test it later this week. Regardless just happy to be on the list at all, its pretty sweet.

I do about 195 x 6, so i guess maybe 225 for a max.

so put me down for 225, bodyweight is 158. Ratio is roughly 1.42
