| | | That is quite strong actually, iv lifted 308 once, i could do multiple reps with it but my back didnt feel good, i think my form was poor, but iv improved it since then!
I think someone should go for a 500+ lift. Apart from Georgeon, i dont think iv heard of any of you ****ies with a lift like that. |

My bench is at 50 kg for 15-12 reps then 12-10 reps then 10-8 reps my chest is one of my weak points i think. |
