That is quite strong actually, iv lifted 308 once, i could do multiple reps with it but my back didnt feel good, i think my form was poor, but iv improved it since then!

I think someone should go for a 500+ lift. Apart from Georgeon, i dont think iv heard of any of you ****ies with a lift like that.

I dident think it was but when i did it in SLR (sports lifestyle and recreation) everyone stopped and was like holy ****.

My bench is at 50 kg for 15-12 reps then 12-10 reps then 10-8 reps my chest is one of my weak points i think.

what about your squat? Your bench is really low compared to your deadlift. Though it could just be that you're a natural deadlifter.

then it's really weird that your dead is that high, but oh well, sometimes weird things happen You're sure you did everything right? counting the weight on the bar and all?

yeah, but you need strong hams and glutes too.. that's why I think it's weird your squat isn't higher. But like I said, could be a freak thing

Well been working out for a couple weeks now, so figure I would try this. Just to see how much of a wimp I am. It is amazing how much heavier the bar feels when you just and a 10 on each side! :|

Max Pull
235 - VydorScope

Coefficient List (Deadlift/Bodyweight)
1.31 - VydorScope (235/180)

Now I'll have to repeat this in a month or two and see how much I gained....
