deadlift issues, and pain issues

hello,

I have been deadlifting for a while now and I have seen that my back hurst after 3 or so sets. It never happened before. I think its because I am rounding my back which is bad. So should I lower the weight, because isnt rounding of the back mean I am not strong enough for the weight?

I am having this pain issue. It happens when i am in the catch phrase of the clean. it is located on my palm, and it nver bothers me doing anything but cleans. I have been taking some pain killers, and its been working but not enough. So i have laid of cleanning, and been doing my workuts w/o cleans.

I will see a doctor if it gets worse. What can I do to fix the problem?

I used to have a soreness, stiffness in my lower back after and/or during a deadlift set. I found the problem almost completely went away once i started perfecting my form, straigher back, bent knees a bit more.

Just watch deadlift youtube vids, and keep perfecting the forum until the pain goes away.
