Definition, Motivation, and Weight Training - Feedback? :)

( A bit long I appologize)
Here is my FitDay Account. I don't update it nearly enough, but I've been using it to figure out some dieting and workout stuffs recently.

I'm 19 years old, currently attending college in Maine, and I'm currently 6'0 at 174lbs (BMI = 23.6, BMR = 1656.3)

In April we finally get sun and warmth again after a very long, very cold winter. We're already seeing some snow actually! Woohoo! It's not sticking yet, but it's falling!

Anyway, I'm looking to get more defined so that when April comes around and I get to take off my 50 jackets I can actually have a decent body. Here's my problem.

I went from 250 (probably closer to 260, 275) down to 200 due to illness, then lost another 25 with diet and exercise. I'm now at 174lbs, roughly, and I am working out twice a week with weights (20min of biking, 40 min of weight lifting) and I dance three times a week (roughly an hour and a half) The dance is in a class so it's not CONSTANT but by the end it is for sure a workout. I can feel my legs burning! It's great.

So I've found these things that I like, the problem is that since I lost so much wight I have a lot of extra skin. It's disgusting! I know I can't do anything to remove it short of surgery, and it's not as bad as others I've seen, but I'd like to get more defined muscle in my chest, and core, so that if/when I take my shirt off I dont feel totally gross.

Also, I need to work on my back because I feel like my chest is getting a bit overdeveloped in comparison, and I don't want that slouch.

According to fitday I burn roughly 2,762 calories a day. My problem is that I don't know what is in the food I eat. I HATE eggs, so I normally have bagels for breakfast, maybe cereal as well. I'm wondering what kind-of things I should be eating are. I ALWAYS have fruit, either an apple or a banana, with every meal.

What should I be doing in terms of getting more defined. I want to get down to about 160lbs and then I'll be done losing weight, so 15 more pounds to go, but in terms of gaining muscle and definiton despite the extra skin..... I have noooo idea.

Basically, I like the workouts I'm doing, but it needs some fine turning for my chest, core, and back. I also need a LOT of help with nutrition and eating because as a college student in the dining hall I have NO idea what I should try to be eating.

I also tend to lose some motivation as the months get colder... walking through 5 feet of snow to the gym suuuuuucks. Maybe I should find a workout buddy or something?

Thanks in advance Lots of love to everyone!

for breakfest an egg hater then: tuna
no idea what your routine is now so fine tunning is out there, generally : bench press, deadlifts, squats, rows, pull ups, hyperextentions, weighted sit ups. < will do the body good.. school food, well try to get your own bars and tuna cans etc. if no sink do things like a ziplock bag and drain the water in there etc etc, things to buy well clean food otherwise no idea what they serve there.
also multi-vitamin + EFA's are a must
