I know absolutely nothing about weightlifting or bodybuilding, so before I try anything out I have a few questions. My first questions have to deal with height problems. I've heard that if you lift weights for several years, you might shrink. I just want to be for sure before I lift weights or anything like that. So I guess my question is, do you shrink in height by lifting weights? If so, which weightlifting exercises keep you from shrinking? And which exercises should I avoid in order to stay the same height? Any information you can give me will be helpful, thank you!
