Competitor Standard Bench - Wal-Mart

doesnt include the weights but only $50

if it can become a flat bench and it wont break on you, go for it. as long as you arent a guy putting up huge numbers, that bench is fine.

i got mine from target for 45 :P

yeah it looks good enough mate, mine is somethin similar (cost me 100 though)

one thing, the back bench doesnt look very wide, maybe its only the pics but i think i'd be rollin off the thing

on that note is 2 dumbell bars with 1 straight bar along with various weights to put on them all i need?
i just got a rude awakening how expensive the actual weights are (walmart has good prices online but the shipping is crazy)
so im trying to cut as much corners as possible

i think so far my best bet is this set from target which includes a straight bar and two dumbell bars along with some weights then i can buy some extra weights when i need to
