| | 20 miles in one session is very impressive, just sounds like BS to me. But well done if you really do run that far on occasion, i wouldn't even try get myself into the mindset of having to run that far. |

| | | Running 20 miles once isn't that bad, just think how long a marathon is. But 6 miles isn't that bad either, you gotta sych your brain out, I usually run until I can't feel I can do it anymore and then turn around and go home. When I have time thats usually around 6-8 miles, but whether its a mile or 6 miles, I'm starving when I get home. Its fun to push your body so far. |

| | | 20 miles - screw it. 6km is enough for me. The most i've run without stopping is a bit over 10km. |

| | | I did 18miles once but, I was marathon training nad had been building up to it for months. By the time I had finished, my feet had huge blisters and I ached in places I didn't even know I had places!!! Never ever again! I didn't run the marathon in the end through injury and, nowadays I get shin splints after only a few miles so, my running days are behind me.
I am usually starving after a normal cardio session (about 1h30mins - 2hrs) | | | | Thread Tools | Search this Thread | | | | | Display Modes | Rate This Thread | Linear Mode | |
