feeling weak after push ups

Hi there, im currently starting off my workout with push ups, but some days they take a lot out of me. Im trying to workout for about an hour 5 days a week.
I do one more push up per set each time i workout.

does any1 know y i feel so weak, y anit i getting stronger

any help would be great!

Jackie, my dear, you stopped making posts to your journal where you would list your calorie intake (and other consumption), and the totality of your exercise program, where I could analyze and try to give you proper feedback.

In order to give "proper" advice, one needs to know the history of your calorie intake, and history of your exercise activities leading up to the point of feeling fatigued after pushups (press ups). It could be improper diet (and/or lack of water), improper rest and recuperation time given, and lastly, is it possible it could be hormonal (uh, lol, that time of the month, pardon the expression)

Try to reveal a bit more about what you are doing, young lady, and we can try to help you more

no not really i just gotta keep my food/water/rest constant
