Few Questions,

I've started going to the gym over the last 3 weeks now, I've been eating about the same as normally, wasn't over weight to begin with I want to get nice a toned, was already fit in the leg area, arms aren't big but don't want them to get too big either.

My work out at the gym depends, I try to change it up a bit. Sometimes I start with 20-25 mins of running burn about 100-150 cal. (the running hurts my leg as I have problem with one of my knees) but then I switch it up the ellipticals for another 20-30 mins which burn about another 250 cals. Then I do about 25 leg curls move over to leg push machine (not sure the name of all the machines) do about 25-30 of those, lift weights about 25-30 lifts and crunches 15-20 of those and then the equipment that you bend and strench the front abs and side abs that you use I do 20 on front and 20 on each side. all is about 2 hrs at the gym.

Is this the proper way to work out. I noticed my weight has been flux. between 150 and 155 i am 5'7.

Not really dieting as, i am very picky about food since I dislike just about everything.

I did notice my top abs seem to be developing or cutting so to speak.

Read the stickies. Also what are your goals? Are you trying to put on muscle or burn fat, increase energy ?

you've got to have some kind of routine. Going into the gym and just lifting in a loose order rarely works. What are your goals?
