You probably shouldn't do an immense amount of cardio, because it could end up reducing your results.

workouts should usually last 30 mins to an hour i think. i think more than an hour is too long, especially if you're only doing 2 muscle groups.

wheat bread i have no idea, sorry

and i don't see what's wrong with bologna and cheese sandwiches, but im' not really a nutritionist. It seems to be ok, considering bologna is a meat and cheese has a good source of protein.

Too much cardio will be a detriment to your bodies ability to grow muscle because you're devoting energy and calories to the cardio. However; 15 - 20 minutes a few days a week to maintain cardiovascular health will be of a great benefit to you.

Workouts should not last more than an hour. Around the 1 hour mark your body begins to produce cortisol; this hormone counteracts the effects of testosterone. If you're taking more than an hour you are 1) Doing too much or 2) Moving too slowly.

Whole wheat bread is a good source of complex carbs. Be sure it says WHOLE wheat and not just wheat.

Bologna - not the best source of nutrition; it's overly processed. Try deli-cut smoked turkey.
Cheese - I include it in my diet; some don't. Try to get low fat cheese. You'll sacrifice some flavor, but lower fat means more protein. Calcium is also very good for you.
