Free Weights

Hello all..

I have a set of free weights atm, i am looking into going to the gym in the near future when my finances are in correct form, but in the meantime i dont want u guys to write me out a routine...as ive been on here before im familar with the whole not working of the same muscle groups on consecutive days, but i would love for some good free weight exercises that i could do for a month or 2 before i end up going to the gym, thanks.

free weights.. you mean you got a set of dumbells? how heavy are they? are they of different weights? Do you have a bench? do you have a pullup bar?
what are you're goals? get stronger, bigger, maybe get more muscular endurance?

basically, i have dumbells with weights i can have up to 20kg on each dumbell, my goals are to gain some muscle, maybe improve my strength, not to concerned with endurance, i have a homemade bench...its cant be inclined or declined, i knocked it up with my partners fathers wood working tools...lmao, but it works. by a pull up bar do you mean someting i can do chinups with..if that is the case then yes i do, if not then no i dont.

PM me if you want me to get the Admin to reset your password.

Do squats, lunges, bench press, standing shoulder press, chin ups, bent over row, deadlift, ab crunches, hanging leg raises, and twisting leg raises.

That will give you good conditioning for when you start in the gym.
