Front Loading Carbs Question

just a quick question. when is a good time to start decreasing carb intake. i've been eating my last "carb Heavy" meal (usually the carbs come from slices of whole grain bread and some fruit) around 2:00pm and tapering off from there. then at night all i take in is carbs from dark green fibrous veggies. is this reasonable? anybody have some insight?
Thanks for your thoughts in advance!

You don't always need a high carb meal. I've found carb cycling to be the most effective way, I'm speaking of day to day changes.

depends on what time you go to bed...are you carb cycling or maintaining a consistent breakdown everyday?
