Talking Full body workout question

I've read a few post about full body workout.
Can anyone break it down for me? I mean how many reps and set per muscle group, what muscle groups are involved etc..

Thanks in advance.
R.

Cool

It fully depends on what is your level of strength and fitness. One crucial pt you left out is the weight that you'll be lifting.

I feel that you are asking a question too general and it will take all day to spell out everything to you.

We can't tell you how much to do or what to do without knowing anything. For a beginner though, I would recommend going lighter and concentrating on getting the right lifting technique for all the exercises you'll be working on.

About muscle group, it's pretty much individual, some train a lot of their pecs and pump their lower limbs less. Very subjective and opinions can realy vary.

if you have read posts about full body, you will have read what exercises and the general setup that is recommended. Google the exercises and you see how they are, then you should also see what muscles they use. You use all the muscles in the body.. thats why its called a full body workout.

don't worry so much about his talk of 'antagonist' days. just take the simple approach of 90% compounds, 10% isolation at the end.

rep range is however you want to train. for sets, I'd start off with just one or two working sets, plus a couple warmup sets.

full body will kick your ass, so go easy until you adjust to its demands.
