Im not sure if i am even doing deadlifts right...can someone please explain how to do the deadlift for your back muscles and recommend any back exercises i should do? |

| | | You're right, but personally, for the back in general, I'd go with the pull ups. Biceps make chin ups VERY easy compared to pull ups. |

If all you did were deadlifts, heavy rows, and chins or pull ups you'd build a nice looking back. Big backs take a long time to build. |
