good back exercises

im trying to get a big muscular back and currently all i am doing is chinups and barbell rows and deadlifts. Im not sure if i am even doing deadlifts right...can someone please explain how to do the deadlift for your back muscles and recommend any back exercises i should do?

Pull ups > chin ups.

I would also suggest cable seated rows.

I wouldn't say that. Each has their place and chin-ups actually work more muscles than pull-up.

You're right, but personally, for the back in general, I'd go with the pull ups. Biceps make chin ups VERY easy compared to pull ups.

Google deadlift videos. There has to be a bazillion of those out there.

If all you did were deadlifts, heavy rows, and chins or pull ups you'd build a nice looking back. Big backs take a long time to build.
