Good Books?

What are some good weight lifting books? Specifically I would be interested in books that talk about how to design and structure a beginner's workout.

Thanks

Start out with these two. I'm currently using the programs in the New Rules of Lifting book. They both contain fantastic information!

I second the "New Rules of Lifting." You can use the programs as templates, provided you understand the concepts of push, pull, squat, deadlift, lunge and twist properly.

And me for New Rules. Its general approach gives you a whole new mindset to training well but sensibly.
