I like your name BACKMAN. More people need to fall in love with their backs and get addicted to building them.

I don't have comments on your chest routine, but since you mentioned those flies, I thought I'd mention a cool way to hit your chest from a ton of different angles at home if your interested. I constructed two long straps out of old boyscout belts that hang from my pullup bar and extend almost to the floor. at the ends I made handles with a 6 inch piece of pvc. When you get in a pushup position you can do flies from hands starting at the traditional position, to straight out in front of your head or right by your waist. It's kinda like the olympic rings but your body is almost parralel to the ground. It's body weight, but you can hit a greater range of motion than the cable machine at the gym without making adjustments. you can move from one position to the other with out even taking your hands off the handles. I've been doing it for two weeks and it's an AWSOME way to end a chest workout. My ribcage muscles really get pumped from doing it too.

Just something cool to try if you like the Idea.

Coan has a similar routine like that for squat over a 12 week period
week 1-12 reps
week 2-10 reps
week 3-8 reps
week 4-6 reps
week 5-same
week 6-same
week 7-4 reps
week 8-same
etc etc

Give it a shot. The only way you find out what works for you is to try it.

Lifting for 6 at 60% won't do much, if anything. This would be a good way to build strength if you started with your 6 count at 80% and climbed to 90% for your 2 count. Good luck, let us know how it goes.
