good chest workout

im 14, and im lookin for a really good chest workout that will leave my chest sore in the morning. I think i have a condition called gynecomastia (manboobs), but i think that it might be mostly because i am overweight. I think that if i try to really build muscle no my chest it might stretch out the skin and less the effect of the condition. so does anyone have a suggestion for a tough chest workout that will really work my chest?

Thats crazy and it wont work.

You need to stick to a healthy diet, a total body workout 3times a week and get regular exercises at leats 4times a week

Heh, my chest was just small. I think getting more muscles would help you but you cant just poof your chest up alone or you will look disproportional. Good diet and compound lifts should just help you bf% drop. If you dont mind me asking how much do you weigh?

170, ppl keep sayin im not fat, but those are my parents and they dont kno **** about exercise or proper weight...anyway my bmi is 26 so im just over overweight...

Nice wow 170, w/man boobs heh. I would just find ur max on bench and all your lifts then after that its very easy to increase your load from there I try to do 80-90% max with bench about 4X8 with 3-5 min rest inbetween each set but find ur maxs and youll get a good sense of whats going on after that
