Good HOW TO site for newbies...?

I need pics of ideas on how to use machines. To cover everything in my body when I lift I do full body. Just trying to learn some new things....and some text book ways of what to do and not to do......

Go to T-nation.com and on the side look for the begginners section and also read some articles in the archives section. I always learn something when I go to that site.

most of the form on this site is pretty good, there are a couple debatable ones but for the most part you can learn alot of what works what and the form and which machines from here.

exrx has some awful pictures for some of the exercises

click on the dude, front or back side, depending on what exercises you want, im sure you'll figure it out
