Too much isolation work in there, and the groups are rather mixed up. Go for Chest/Shoulders/Triceps one day, Back/Biceps another, and Legs another if you want a 3-day split. This way, all pushing movements will be on one day, pulling on another and legs on another day.

You want compound movements, such as a bench press or dip for the Chest/Should/Tri or a row or pullup for Back/Bi, and squat or deadlift for the legs.
