Good routine, or no?

Workout A (Monday)

5x5 superset
Squats
Pull ups

4x10 superset
Lunges
T- bar Rows

(Optional) Calves = 3 sets

Workout B: (Wednesday)

5x5 superset
Deadlifts
Bench Press

4x10 superset
Single Leg Deadlifts
Singe Arm Overhead Press

(Optional) Incline curls = 3 sets

Friday (Repeat A)


2x8 superset
Squats
Pullups

2x8 superset
Lunges
T- bar Rows

(Optional)

Push downs = 3x10
Incline press = 3x8
Fly's = 2x12
Dips = 3 x body weight max

The supersets do not have to be without rest. The point of the superset is to include both exercises together with desire set/rep range.

First of all, what are you trying to do/achieve??

I ask this because super setting squats and deads doesnt seem very productive. Thats just what jumped out at me at first glance

I don't superset squats and deads. It's squats, then pull ups. Although, like i mentioned i don't need to superset them without rest. I can do squats, wait a minute, then pull ups, wait, then back to squats again. (5x5) Got me?

I'm trying to build a little muscle. I'm eating just barely over maintenance and my main goal is improving body composition.

I'm 5'7 148lbs.

it looks fine :] you should superset with 1 min rest when you have squats/deads in the mix.

but why dont you make each day a full body lift?
why divide pulling and pushing upper body muscles into 2 different workouts?
