Good Workout Plan???

Week 1 train Mon., Wed., Fri.
Week 2 train Tues., Thur
Alternate betweeN 2 and 3 training days due to school schedule.
Different Workout Each Day.
Each week switch between 3x5 3x8 3x6.

Workout #1

EXERCISE
Flat Bench Press
Concentrated Bicep Curls
One Arm Tricep Extensions
Military Press
Bent Rows
Quad Squats
Hamstring Curls
Calf Raises



Workout #2

EXERCISE
Incline Bench Press
Standing Bicep Curls
Lying Tricep Extensions
Upright Rows
Pullups
Quad Presses
Hamstring Lunges
Calf Raises



Workout #3

EXERCISE
Decline Bench Press
Bicep Curls Standing Or Concentrated
Tricep Extensions
Shrugs
Upright Rows
Quad Extensions
Hamstring Curls
Calf Raises
