Gym/Home

My question ties in comparison so I decided to put this question here rather than in the home workout section.

I currently work out at World's Gym. I have been doing so for about a year now and am comfortable with my workout routine. However I fond the only time I get the chance to go is early in the morning, and I dont think I use my potential energy then. I would like to purchase a complete home gym system to take its place, which leads me to my question...

Is there any "all in one" home gym out the that can fully replace a gym like World's? I see ads on TV all the time but wonder about their countability. Ive seen everything from huge home gyms that take up a room, to nothing but super rubber band that claim to do everything a gym can.

Im looking for anything that covers my needs like Worlds gym. Please suggest any option, cheap or expensive, that will let me work out at home and find the same results as at World's Gym.

Thanks.

Powerblock dumbells and an adjustable bench. I like the Parabody incline/decline bench myself.

I also recommend the PowerBlocks. They replace 145lbs of dumbbells. They take no room and its very affortable. A complete bench will also come in handy. Bodytrends.com has a good incline, decline bench. Good luck and hope this helped.

It kind of cracks me up... I have all this fancy weight lifting equipment in my gym, but when I train my own clients, almost all I use is a swiss ball, the floor, dumbbells, and other little implements like jump ropes. Point is, if you want a great home gym you can develop a seriously great body with nothing more than a set of selectorized dumbbells and a Swiss Ball.

RIGHT - SWISS BALL!!! I had forgotten about that (which I love), along with the two yoga mats on my hardwood floor.

Dumbells
Bench
Ball
Mats

Yep - that pretty much does it. Bowflex, schmoflex...
