Question Help with picking machine

I need some help, I have been strugling with this for a couple of weeks.

I am looking for a for weight station- one that will have a lat pull, squat rest, bench press and possibly a butterfly thingy (don't know the correct name for it!) as well as the usual stuff (arm curl etc.)

I bought a set of weights approx. 6 mo. ago and belive I would use them more frequently/properly if I had a station.

I have looked at "Sports Athourity" and "****'s Sporting Goods" but now I am getting a little frustrated. They seem to be either really cheaply made or really expensive. I want to spend around $300 on this "starter station". If anyone has any brand/model suggestions or anyother stores I could check out that would be appreciated.

Thanks

For $300, your best bet is to find something used. You will not get a good quality gym for $300 brand new. I also buy a lot of my equipment from Omni Fitness but you have to be willing to pay $600 and up for beginners. Some of the better quality names out there are Body Solid, Body Craft, Parabody and Powertec.

I have a piece of equipment that I have been trying to sell for a while now that is probably exactly what you are looking for. Check out the link below and let me know if have any interest. The ad says $500 but I am VERY negotiable

I live in Central Massachusetts so if you live somewhere in the area then this item will be your best bet for the price you are willing to pay.
