Help With Routine

hi, ive just recently joined the forums after looking about for a forum like this.

Equipment:

Bench, dumbells, barbell, chin up bar (that i dont really like using)
Weight: 40 - 50 kgs in various sizes

Background:

Ive done weight training for a number of years to varying degrees and am not small now but want to do a proper work out that will get me looking good.

I dont actually have enough weight to bench i dont think i can do as much as can fit on the bar but being between jobs cant really afford to buy more for the moment.

Knowing all that could anyone help me design a routine i could do to help burn excess fat and "tone" up (yea i read u cant tone but is easiest way to describe it )

I'm guessing you want the athletic look. To get an athletic body you have to train like one. Try this for a month:

DeFranco's Training - Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified lifting program for "Hardgainers"

Or you could do a full-body workout 3x a week but I think the one above would be funner to try.

why do you not like using the chin up bar?
is it because you find the exercise hard?
if thats the case then i sugessed you bite the bullet and use it.
in my opinion of what you listed its the best piece of equipment you have.
