Just wondering if anyone has had one of these, and if so, did it require surgery to fix and how long was heal time. I have a DR. appt because I think I may have one and want to get back into lifting ASAP but dont want to get back into it too soon and re-injure myself.

i had one but that was back in 1990. after my operation, i couldnt do anything for 6 weeks.

i probably wrong but i think its done with lasers now and recovery is nothing like it used to be. let us know how you're appt goes.

Thanks abear...I really dont look forward to this, but hey, i guess thats how it goes...I'm hoping they say I just strained something, but I dont think it'll be that easy....we'll see.
