Hey guys really need some help

Ive been posting alot about routine advice. Its just that Ive hit a wall in my training. Ive been lifting for about 3 years now, using full bodys 3 days a week mainly. Im trying a MTRF push/pull routine now but im struggling through it. Im considering doin a 5 day routine or a monday-chest/tris W-back/bis F-shoulder legs. I just dont know whats best for me and looking for some help getting over this wall. Any links or routines you guys can reccomend? Or something that has worked for you guys? THanks

Well I'm doing a push on Monday and thursday and a pull on tuesday and friday. But by the thursday and friday workouts i dont have a lot of energy. Thats why im thinking of switching to a monday-chest tris, wednesday-back bis, and friday-shoulder legs. That way ill have more rest and could hit each muscle group harder. Does that 2nd one sound good?

I would stick with the push pull split. why not just add a second rest day in between??

i say keep your full body routine that worked for so long, add some negatives, and change the rep counts.. just my .02$

Stick with the push/pull routine for a while. I'm sure it'll be difficult at first especially if you've grown accustomed to another training style, which it sounds as if you have. Possibly back off on the intensity for the 1st 2 days for a couple weeks to finish the week strong and gradually bump the intensity up as you get used to the split.

I agree...just pick yourself 4-5 exercises at most each session. You might even try doing a push/legs/pull set up, that'll be three days of lifting and might be easier on you.
