Hey, I'm the newest newbie and I just wanted to say hi to everybody. Great place you have here.
I was wondering if anybody has got any good information on how to combine weight training and martial arts (kyokushinkai karate). My metabolism is insane and I have a hard time gaining weight. I would like to gain some without compromising speed and flexibility. I think I'm a mix between ectomorph and mesomorph and I'm around 190cm (6.2) and 80 kg's, and have been doing weight training three times a week since January without any significant results. I appear more toned, but it's barely noticeable.
