Is this HIIT

first i warmed up 10 minutes raise my heart rate
then i sprint all out for 1 minutes then i jog for 30 sec, i do this 4 to 5 times
total 15 minutes

yes it is HIIT, however I would be more inclined to make the the break between sprints longer as this will give your body time to recover btween sets so that you can work even harder during the later sprints. I would also maybe cut down on the lenght of the sprints but instead add a couple of more sets.
I would say that you could maybe drop the warmup to aroun 7-8 miutes to take in the added time needed if you only have a certain amount of time to do it, however don't forget to warm down at the end

Seems a bit extreme to me. I mean 1 minute flat out? Not many people in the world can do that! In fact i'd be suprised if you can find anyone that go 100% for that long. You'd be better off sprinting for about 30 metres and jog with a 1:6 recovery. ie. if it takes 5 seconds to do 30 metres than 5 seconds X 6 = 30 seconds jog.
