HIIT, however I would be more inclined to make the the break between sprints longer as this will give your body time to recover btween sets so that you can work even harder during the later sprints. I would also maybe cut down on the lenght of the sprints but instead add a couple of more sets.
I would say that you could maybe drop the warmup to aroun 7-8 miutes to take in the added time needed if you only have a certain amount of time to do it, however don't forget to warm down at the end
