Hiit and lifting

ok, set me straight here. If i do HIIT 2-3 times a week and full body 2-3times a week, ill go downhill because i need more rest days or will i be ok and on my way to loose BF?

it depends more on your diet but i find that there is a lot of controvoursy on the subject of HIIT. some say its the best some argue against it..

i know its still debated but i did it for a month or so and iv sceen results. so, i like it. i just wanna know if i do Hiit and lift will ii be shootin my self in the foot or not?

IMO if hypertrophy is your goal. Then HIIT should NOT be in your routine.

i have read that if you are lifting AND doing HIIT sessions, that your body will somehwat neglect recovery from weight training and focus on the new stimulus it is being hit with: HIIT and focus more on getting better and recovering from that.
