No one said it would be easy and it shouldn't feel easy. You need to work to acheive your fitness goals.
If you feel that maybe you're trying to do too much, like go to the gym 5 days a week, then cut back to 4 and see if its more manageable. Remember this is supposed to be fun! You are doing this so that you can feel better, look better and be healthy. Don't look at working out and eating healthy as a chore or you will never be able to stick to it. Don't think of eating healthy as a diet...rather as a dietary and lifestyle change.
You can do it and we are all here to help and support you!
I suggest that if you haven't already that you start a journal to keep track of your progress towards whatever your goals may be
BTW what are your goals? |

| | | It gets easier to stay focused and want to work out and train as you make progress. Early on, you're tired, you're always sore, and you don't have much to show for it. Then, you suddenly start making great progress, you get addicted, and you don't ever want to quit. |

Pretty soon I started seeing results and didn't WANT to stop. Now it's probably the best part of my day
Also though, I've purposely always made my routine very flexible. Too much regimentation has always bothered me, so I try to avoid that. It's made it much easier to stick with my program. |

Well for me it happened today. I made my new weight sled and was pulling it at the park with weight stacked up and i hear people go "wtf is he doing?" "wow, that looks retarded" Thats how you stay motivated. U look at these people, look down at your body and look back at them....it normaly gets me goin |

| | Yeah, Excder thinks like I do. The reason I can stay (for the most part) motivated is because when I look at my body, and then I look at everybody else's, I realize that what I'm doing is worth it to me
Being healthy and fit is a lot better than the alternative. |

OMG, I'm doing fairly well so far been pretty strict but sometimes I just feel like it's all too much | All that I am.
All that I want to be.
All that I want to become.
I give to my wife.
I will will be forever grateful for the gift she has given me.
And, I return the favor.
The day the plug gets pulled, is the day I have trouble lighting my fire.
Simply walking around the house singing along to Christmas songs on the radio, while wearing her cooking apron while her legs were swelled with water, brought tears of joy, that most couldn't understand.
Behind every good man.
There is a good woman.
She motivates me.
I love her.
Best wishes,
Chillen |

| | | Well for starters, you have to enjoy what you are doing. Even if the results are motivating which they are, you still have to like what you do in the gym. I truly believe in that. If you hate it, and are only doing it to look sexy, methinks you will have a hard time. I love pushing, pulling, squatting, deadlifting, running, biking, etc, so I have no problem doing it! |

| | | Maybe you arent getting enough rest/food to let your body recover enough.
I usually know that i need to take it a little bit easy for a week or so when my motivation starts to drop. BUT you have to know yourself well to know the difference between just being unmotivated and overdoing it. |
