It's the every day of the week part that gets me. Okay, I guess I should have said it would suck for me. I just don't get enough sleep to do something like that.

The thing that I though was odd was

- having pullups and chinups one day apart not to mention dips are on that day too
- All those tricep workouts on Friday
- Hyper Extensions after deadlift

There is a reason professional trainers recommend not hitting the same muscle group on consecutive days and i would like to know why this doesn't apply in this case even if its for a 16 year old.

Thats what 5 day splits are. 5 days a week.

Hitting biceps a couple days in a row once a week is no biggie.


Whats wrong with the tricep workout on Friday, do you see any on Thursday?

Pretty decent.

But Imo...Anyone that is just beginning weightlifting shouldnt do Decline anything for chest.

For Beginners bench press works the lower pecs enough..when your more advanced revist the lower bench press for your lower pectoral dev.
