Hey ppl,
Well I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty pissed off at myself when I found out the BFat thing had gone from 11.5% to 14.7% when I've been eating so healthily and going to the gym so damn much.
BUT
I reckon the reading was probably wrong, the problem here though is I don't even know if I was 11.5% before!
I have literally no idea what my BF is as I have nothing to compare to.
Maybe it's worth posting a picture of myself so you ppl can give my an idea of what I should be doing?
In the meantime I'm eating healthily and going to the gym every other day, might also get a job at the centre aswell, which is cool (free gym ppl!
