I messed up :-(

Hey guys, my training was going well until my girlfriend went away for the summer! It was going well when she was away but when she got back we went on holiday. I was okay on holiday with my diet, no problems.

But when I got home I started missing gym sessions, my diet slipped back into it's old regime of being full of rubbish :-(

I was down to 12.6% bodyfat and that would have kept dropping if I had kept at it. Now I am probably back up to about 15%! But I will need to check with calipers to be sure

Well annoyed and need to get back in there. I have joined a different gym for a change of scene, I thought it may help me. It is a smaller gym with less selection when it comes to free weights, but has the essentials.

The last gym I was at was a huge chain owned one, and I was fine getting on with my workouts there, but it's just so busy and full of posers. This one seems to have people more interested in getting through a good workout.

So I think that is a good start. last time I was doing a split, 2 days on the weights, 1 day off, 2days on the weights, 2 days off.

Now I am thinking of going for a Full Body Workout 3x a week instead, to fit it around work and uni better. I am also thinking of going for a bulk rather than cutting bodyfat, as I really want to put on some muscle.

If I am eating clean will I put on minimal amounts of fat?? Or should I expect my BF% to go up to about 20% by the time I am done bulking?? I have never had a big muscle mass but it is what I want to go for this time, and going straight into a bulk with heavy lifting seems the way to go about it.

I have devised a workout which I will post up here to see if there are any criticisms. If there are I will definitely take them into consideration.

I've been out of the gym for about 2.5 months now, do I need to take it easy when going back in or can I go in lifting as heavy as I can right away? I went for a quick session and I have definitely lost of noticeable amount of strength so I guess I am back at the start again!!
