I need opinions about my workout routine.

Monday- Workout for 2 hours
Tuesday- Run for 2-3 hours.
Wednessday- Workout for 2 hours.
Thursday- Run for 2-3 hours.
Friday- Workout for 2 hours.
Sat- Nothing
Sunday- Workout for 2 hours. If I have time.

How can I make it better?

throw it in a trashcan and start over.

if you can't get in a great workout in 60 minutes or LESS...then you're either wasting time during the workout or doing too much.

As I stated in your other post about wanting to gain 20lbs...2-3 hours of running several times a week is going to create a nasty calorie deficit, which is not conducive to gaining 20lbs of muscle or fat (you never did specify in the other post whether you want quality lean muscle weight, fat gain, or a mix of the two).

And as AJP says...get specific. All I can tell you right now is you're working out too damned long.

When I workout I just work my upper body. Like arms, Chest, abs, shoulders, etc. k So I am going to cut the time by an hour. What about running. Should I stop running completely or only for like an hour also? I am also trying to get a mixture of muscle and fat.

why are you not working your legs?! upper legs contain some of the largest muscles in the entire body! its extremely foolish to skip leg training, legs shoudl be traind as often as the upper body.

and why are you trying to gain fat? excess bodyfat isn't healthy.

How old are you?

You definately need a more structured approach. What you have going on sounds far too random.

I'd recommend you follow a pre-made full-body lifting routine 3x/week and cardio 3x/week.

I am not working on my legs because I don't have the right equipment. Thats why I run. I am going to start going to a gym soon with my friend, so I could be able to work on my legs also. I am 18 btw. Also my co-worker said hes going to bring me something that u drink and it has a lot of vitamins or something like that and it helps u gain weight. Are those drinks any good?

you don't need equipment to work your legs. squats, lunges SL squats, jumps, bounds, step-ups are all ways to "work" your legs with zero equipment. this site is a good place to get ideas for your workouts. from what i have seen, MOST of the advice given here is good.

So you are basically just starting out and running about 2 marathons a week? Are you sure? If so, you should be training for the olympics.
