I need some advice.

I was out of my workouts for about 3-4 for months and now I'm back into it. My bodyfat is about 11 or 12%. Should I be bulking or cutting right now? I've read that you want to stay under 10% bodyfat while you're bulking because it keeps your testosterone levels up. If I need to cut, I need some advice on that, because normally my metabolism is high enough where I really don't put on that much fat. What should I do for lifting? And what should I do for cardio? I've heard circuit training is a good way to cut up. If so could you guys recommend some circuits? I'm also split between doing cardio at a moderate pace for a long time, or doing intense cardio for a shorter time? What is the best, or are they both ok? One more thing. In my job I'm a valet. I run a lot. So, I cater my workouts to this. I will only do legs either on a monday or a tuesday at the very latest because I have to do a lot more running at work on the weekends when it's busy, and I can't go at it all sore from a terrifying leg workout the day before. Thanks for the help guys I really appreciate it!

I never said they were yours, I'm asking for recommendations. But I will stick with one, I think I need to cut up to keep testosterone levels up. The main thing I'm looking for advice on is what kind of routines I should do for my weight training and cardio. Maybe just a solid routine for circuit training if that's a good way to cut up, and how to mix in my cardio. Do you guys have any routines you did that you got good results from for cutting? Thanks!

I love the Strength programs from New Rules of Lifting. Check your local library.
