bulking and cutting is up to you, when you feel you have gained too much fat from your bulking, start cutting. but the cycles needs to have some lenght, 2 weeks of bulking wont be very benifitial..

drinking eggs is good, eggs has alot of good protein but the yolk has alot of fat too. I would drink eggs before workout, spechally if you drink the whole egg, since protein + fat meals is something you dont want post workout, post workout you want protein + carbs. Though if you only drink the egg white you could have some high carb food with it and you would have yourself a meal with protein and carbs and it would be a decent post workout meal.

I wouldn't advise drinking raw eggs. For starters, salmonella food poisoning.

Also, cooked eggs are more biologically available in digestion than raw.

If you do get raw eggs, please at least buy pasteurized egg whites to avoid food poisoning.
