I'm assuming they're giving him the usual encouragement and saying he's pretty awesome
But if you want to give me the blow-by-blow, I'd love to know what they were saying!
Carl made those lifts look soooooooooooo easy. He's a machine.

yeah, they all looked easy
No point in going at it word by word, it's mostly just "New world record!" etc

I didn't really expect you to give me a word for word translation
New World Record on everything
What an amazing powerlifter. He's so young. I wonder what he'll be able to do in 5 years.

some people squat more than they can dead
In PLing I think it's quite common actually, maybe because you get more out of the suit in a squat than in a dead, but I'm not sure. Also, people are built differently.

ooooooh.
IMO shirts and suites are kinda...uh....not as respectable. I understand that there is a point where the weight gets so heavy that you have no wrap your knees or elbows so you tendons do snap like rubber bands and things go REAL bad but....to use something to help you lift more than you really can....uh...yeah ok, not.
But this kid is one strong mofo and has a very good looking squat

I don't get how it's not as respectable; they compare themselves to others who use the same equipment. And wrapping the knees isn't so the tendons won't snap, it's mostly to help in the lift.
