| | | Killer routine Hi, I'm 17 years old, weigh 61kg, measure 171cms or 5' 8''. Right now I'm entering summer vacations (3 months) and plan on getting some killer abs and arms and legs as much alike to "300" the movie warriors. I'll be able to exercise at the most 1:15 hours 5 times a week, which of course I'm not doing, and that's why I would appreciate your suggestions on a routine which is the longest possible without exceeding my time range and which insn't excessive and allows my muscles to rest and regenerate. I also need recommendations for a supplement which speeds up as much as possible the process and helps me more, I've seen Twinlab Amino Fluid and other supplements in Costco, but don't know which one won't cause damage and will help the most.
Right now I may have at most 1cm of fat covering my abs, and was thinking of maybe doing 20 minutes of cardio in the gym like bike to get the fat down and then 1 hour of ab, arm and a little bit of leg workout (I only want my legs to look ok, so they don't look ridiculous in comparison to the rest), I think of doing this maybe 3 times a week? What do you think? Also after that I'll play everyday like 2 hours of soccer, maybe juggling and shooting and whenever possible playing against other people, this to tone a bit my legs and dedicate in the gym more to arms and abs.
Any thoughts? Insights? What I need is opinions about all this and of course a arms and abs routine (with a little legs) appropriate for my age yet effective. |

An hour to an Hour and a half is as long as you want it.

Hard work, Good nutrition and dedication should be your main focus. Not trying to find some magic pill.

I think of doing this maybe 3 times a week? What do you think? If you want an awesome bod then you have to work it ALL equally. Go big! full body routine 3x a week consisting of Compound Lifts being the majority.

| | | OK, so you're saying I can do an hour and a half 3 times per week, but is this taking into account 20 minutes of cardio? Should I do cardio every day? Or is playing soccer (not real soccer, just shooting and juggling) two hours a day a good cardio exercise?
Also my main concern is the abs and my little fat surrounding it. I need tips on a diet that will help me loose that fat along with cardio, and that will help me grow muscles. About the supplement I'm not talking about a magic pill, just some protein supplement or something, whatever helps.
Thanks for helping me |

I didn't meant a body exactly like them, just with arms that look good for my age (not some Arnold S arms) and sexy toned abs which again aren't too much that start to look bad. The legs also i want them to be sexy and toned but not like Arnold S legs. |
