| | | Know of any good, quick, easy fat burning exercises? Alright. I came to a conclusion. Circuits are a bitch. -__-''
It's SO hard. And I do not think that they are working for me in terms of burning fat. I am currently working about 15 minutes a day, 5 or 6 day's a week with circuit, and it makes me realize how muc I truly love and appreciate my old arch nemesis running.
Anyway's, I ran for about 18 minutes each day with the running, but now that it is getting cold, I decided not to quit my efforts, and keep going. The thing is, cardio is harder, but I do not feel as....as I am fat burning with the circuits.
Anyway's, keeping in mind that I cannot get some home machine, does anyone know of any exercise that burn fat really really well?
I'm not fat at all. I am about 118lbs at 5'7", and 16 male. The only area that I have fat around is my stomach. If I remember correctly, I had around 12% body fat in grade 9, or almost 2 or 3 year's ago.
Anyway's, please offer up some help. It would be GREATLY appreciated. |

Try Tabata intervals. You alternate 20 seconds of work with 10 seconds of rest for a minimum of 4 minutes total-but you can obviously increase the number of intervals you do as you become more conditioned.I think you will burn more fat (and become better conditioned) by using intervals like Tabatas. |

| | | im 16, 5'7 and i weigh 125 and my bf is also around 9%. (assuming youve lost a little from the circuts)but mine isnt isolated around my stomach, i am lucky enough to have it spread pretty evenly throughout my body, so you can see my stomach pretty well. but anyhow if theres a way to get the bf spread out instead of isolated in one area, tfry that but i dunno if its possible someone else can help. |

118lbs? You need to weight train dude your probably seeing a little fat because you have very little lean muscle mass. |

Alright....
Well. Hrm....
I do weight train.... every other day..... I don't want to be a beast, I just want amazingly toned muscles.
I don't get this....
I mean, I WANT my six pack (I do HAPPEN to have one... -_-) to show. It SLIGHTLY, and I mean this in the most SLIGHEST way possible, show. I can actually FEEL it if I run my hand down my abdomen. But, I want it to show more...and I have fat around this area.... |

| | | If your looking for extremely lean abs you see in mags and TV you have to realize most of these people are carb depleted and dehrydated. They are not like that all year around.
At 118pounds you shouldn't be worrying too much about fat. |
