I have really lanky arms no fat an not much muscle! i want to build shaplier arms and shoulders so they look fuller but not manly!
i have been doin bicep curls ,lateral raises, tricep extension, etc and my shoulders just seem to be gettin broader! any exercises to make em shaplier!?

It's very difficult for women to do. Just keep doing the exercises you are doing, but do a heavier weight with fewer reps. |

Then developing a scheduled training plan per week (which allows recuperation time) that compliments this clean diet. When both are developed, then the key is consistency and then watching, looking, and being very mindful, of your bodily responses to your diet and training stimulous.

Im going to provide some basic information on the calorie side of your goal, that you can take a look at to get a general idea of what I am referring to.
