lanky arms!!

so heres another question from me.....

I have really lanky arms no fat an not much muscle! i want to build shaplier arms and shoulders so they look fuller but not manly!

i have been doin bicep curls ,lateral raises, tricep extension, etc and my shoulders just seem to be gettin broader! any exercises to make em shaplier!?

You said that you wanted shapelier arms. I'm guessing that means bigger. Your shoulders will get broader if they get bigger. And, you don't have to worry about looking manly. It's very difficult for women to do. Just keep doing the exercises you are doing, but do a heavier weight with fewer reps.

The road to your goal, is gaining knowledge of calories and nutrition within a diet proportioned to your age, wgt, hgt, and gender, which includes associated activities. Then developing a scheduled training plan per week (which allows recuperation time) that compliments this clean diet. When both are developed, then the key is consistency and then watching, looking, and being very mindful, of your bodily responses to your diet and training stimulous.


I wish you the best in your goal.

Im going to provide some basic information on the calorie side of your goal, that you can take a look at to get a general idea of what I am referring to.
