| | | lazy gymer So going to the gym 3 times a week and working all my body parts is good enough while eating a good diet yes? because in allot of this other time i am either sitting or laying down lol i don't do much exercise other then the stuff i do at the gym. i was thinking that i should start going 5 times a week Monday to Friday and do some body parts twice like arms and back i think and maybe chest |

I don't do a lot of other exercise other than when i'm at the gym.
Occasionally I use my junky exercise bike that somebody was throwing away, sometimes I do some jumping jacks, but yeah other than that i'm just studying or playing video games.
If the weather was nice i'd be outside for sure though, biking or running.

Keeps me active but sometimes hinders workouts. Surfing is good for keeping active when your not in the gym. |

| | | If your not interested in cardio, i think laying around can be good for you while weight training as it rests the muscles doesnt it.
