My lifestyle is pretty much like that too. I don't do a lot of other exercise other than when i'm at the gym.

Occasionally I use my junky exercise bike that somebody was throwing away, sometimes I do some jumping jacks, but yeah other than that i'm just studying or playing video games.

If the weather was nice i'd be outside for sure though, biking or running.

Me either.. Between school and the little one I'm happy to get to the gym. It happens, eating right is more than half the battle though.

Thats why you need a good labouring job. All I did throughout highschool 13 - 18 was digging holes and painting houses. I still do a bit of it!

Keeps me active but sometimes hinders workouts. Surfing is good for keeping active when your not in the gym.

If you're killing your legs well enough, you're gonna want to just lay around anyway

Yeah anyway just work hard enough to where you will not want to do anything else for a while.

I don't belong to the "3 days a week in the gym" club. Although I go up to 7 days a week but have now cut back to 5 as I'm gaining a bit of strength to do the weights. Do the 3 day a week club have a monthly gym membership or they pay as they go?

If your not interested in cardio, i think laying around can be good for you while weight training as it rests the muscles doesnt it.
