    legs sore, should I still workout???

    On tuesday I worked out my legs, They are still sore today(Thursday) and friday is when I go back to the gym to work on my legs again. Should I work them out even if they aare sore. they're not that sore as they were on weds.

    Yes. You should not let muscle soreness stop your workout. Many times I am still sore from the last workout, but once I do a few warmup sets the soreness goes away and I fell stronger than ever. The best indicator of overtraining is if the weight and reps on every exercise are going down consistantly over a few weeks for no other apparent reason. Then you need to extend the days between workouts or reduce the number of sets you do each workout. Of course, joint and connective tissue pain could be an indicator of damage that needs to be repaired by rest or backing off on the weight for a few workouts, the secret is learning to tell the difference.
