Lifting and Eating

I want to add lean muscle. I am 19, 5'9" about 165-170 lbs. I lift MWF for about an hour and run 2 miles on tuesday thurs and sundays. I just started taking creatine. I would like suggestions for a strict diet to follow and how i can get "cut up." Thanks alot

For starters, I've heard from too many people that creatine isn't good for you. I would stick to protein shakes.
