| | | Lifting for three consecutive days Is it alright if I lift tomorrow, after lifting the previous two days? On sunday I did lower body, today I did upper body, and I would like to do lower body tomorrow. The reason is that I am going home for christmas break and don't know how often I will be able to train and want to get as much as I can done while I'm at school. I know its not great because you want to give your body a rest, but would it be detrimental to my gains or just not as beneficial as it could be? |

| | | If you feel rested enough from your previous workouts, and your body does not hurt, then I'd say it should be okay. I did something similar as I was in your situation last week, and found myself working out three days straight to meet my usual schedule. |
