Lifting for three consecutive days

Is it alright if I lift tomorrow, after lifting the previous two days? On sunday I did lower body, today I did upper body, and I would like to do lower body tomorrow. The reason is that I am going home for christmas break and don't know how often I will be able to train and want to get as much as I can done while I'm at school. I know its not great because you want to give your body a rest, but would it be detrimental to my gains or just not as beneficial as it could be?

If you feel rested enough from your previous workouts, and your body does not hurt, then I'd say it should be okay. I did something similar as I was in your situation last week, and found myself working out three days straight to meet my usual schedule.

Yea agree ^^ Especially when doing a split, it shouldnt hurt doing 3 consecutive workouts from time to time. I do it sometimes.
